Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for 1-Week Free Business Club for Ukrainians (English for Ukrainians with Anna) 1. Trial Details 1.1. By signing up, you agree to a one-week free trial of the Business Club. 1.2. The free trial provides one live Business English class and access to related course materials for seven (7) days. 1.3. The trial will not be charged unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription. 1.4. At the end of the trial period, you may upgrade to a monthly subscription to keep your access. 1.5. Each person may claim one free trial only. Duplicate or repeated sign-ups are not permitted. 2. What’s Included 2.1. One live online Business English class. 2.2. Access to the replay if you cannot attend live. 2.3. Mid-week quizzes and challenges to support learning between classes. 2.4. Temporary access to the Business Club community or a dedicated free-trial community group for challenges and discussions during your free trial. 3. Attendance and Missed Classes 3.1. The free trial covers one scheduled lesson only. 3.2. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded, but you can watch the class replay. 4. Teacher Cancellations 4.1. If the teacher cancels the scheduled class during your trial week, you will be offered an alternative class or an extended trial period. 5. Recording of Lessons 5.1. Lessons are recorded for educational purposes. 5.2. Portions of recordings may be used for promotional purposes (e.g. social media). 5.3. Please notify the teacher if you do not wish to appear in promotional materials. 6. General Policies 6.1. By registering for the free trial, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 6.2.
